Growth scan

This is one very naughty baby who doesn't listen to their mummy already.

Everything's fine, growing perfectly - that's the positive.

It has it's knees pressed together and wasn't budging but we did get a very close up shot of its bits. No penis in sight, but sonographer would only confirm a girl 90% as it was a view from the back and not the front. A little disappointed but not upset, just means I can't go shopping yet. Next growth scan is 24th of June. Lets hope we get it up to 100%. I'll be gobsmacked if she turns around and says boy haha xx

Well, she told me not to buy anything yet lets put it that way. I don't think she should have given me a percentage if she really wasn't sure but hey ho, won't be long until the next one xx

Yay glad the scan went well for you Hun! Sorry you didn't get your certain gender answer but sounds pretty clear it's a little girlie hope the next scan defo confirms this for you (although as above they will never say 100% incase they are wrong!). Congrats Hun xxxx

Great news on baby growing on target, great you get another scan, are they still worried baby will be small then ?

That's a lovely head shot photo, very clear.

Shame on gender so you know either way but I find it soooo much nicer to baby shop with my newborn as everyone loves a newborn and yourll get all the right sizes and know what gifts you have been given, most gifts come all in the same size!! Ha

I'm unsure JJ. I just think it's because I'm so small they want to make sure baby is growing. I have high hopes that everything will be fine at next scan too.

You've made a good point there JJ, part of me is thinking I just want to leave it now and have a surprise xx
