going crazy - need advice

I realise that I'm being completely paranoid and crazy but this evening I've begun to worry about breast cancer. My breasts have changed so much in the last few days - my nipples are raised and red, I have Montgomery's tubercles around them and the aerolas have darkened and expanded. I'm trying for a baby and have lots of pregnancy symptoms including no craving for coffee, severe exhaustion, bloated tummy and tender breasts.
Please can someone tell me to get a grip. My period is due in a week.

I am really paranoid too!!

I am 21 weeks pregnant now and all the symptoms you say sound like those of pregnancy!! I was the same though!

Try not to worry - i know its hard!, then take a test but in the meantime if you are really worried see your doctor im sure they would reasure you!!
