If one pill doesn;t agree with you, speak honestly to your doctor and explain what isn't working. I changed onto microgynon which tries not to mimic your bodys surge in hormones as you approach your period (whcih could cause the sickness/depression/PMT etc) but tries to keep hormaone levels constant. It made a HUGE difference to my life.
The injection thingy was something I had considered but I had the same fears about there being no way out for 3 months if it didn;t agree with me. There is NO WAY I will touch it after reading the posts on here.
Leaving your pill in the same place- that is noticeable might help if you are forgetful other than then- set an reminder on your mobile phone!
