This is so hard! Our surname is Ellis and because I starts with a vowel, I find it really hard to find first names that flow properly with it. From your list I think the ones that sound best with your surname are: Amelie, Amari, Coralie and Minnie. I think the ones that end with an 'a' sound are a bit awkward to say with Evans after them.
OMG I over think this waaaayyyy too much!! lol
