Ginger Tea Recipe for Morning Sickness

I got a recipe for ginger tea out of a healthy eating for pregnancy book and I think it helps...

If anyone wants to make it, the recipe is as follows:

500ml of water, 3 cardamom pods, a cinammon stick and a 5cm piece of root ginger (peeled and grated).

Put all ingredients in the pan and bring to the boil, then simmer for 3 mins.
Then put through a sieve and serve hot.


Warning: It felt like it was burning my throat out at first but I do think it helped!!!

(You can also serve this cold and put fruit in it...but, for me, it worked better hot)
