Well after feeling neauseaus since 7-8 weeks on and off I resigned myself to putting up with feeling crappy and tonight discovered ginger buiscuits are a little miracle cure! Had 2 and the crappy feeling went away!! would definitely recommend them for mild neausea ladies, though not sure it'd work with serious morning sickness!

I totally agree with this, I discovered the wonders of ginger biscuits only a couple of days ago. Woke up about 4am this morning, as I do every morning, feeling sooo hungry and sick, had my trusty ginger biscuits by the bed so had a couple then felt fine and went back to sleep.

I hated them before this pregnancy but if you can nibble a couple before getting out of bed they are amazing :-)

Wow.. im def going to try this, I hope it works for me.. i am sooo ill today! :-( xx

Shame I can't stand taste :(
My peppermint tea worked until lately - now nothings working :(

I have always used Ginger biscuits for nausea, and even though because of the diabetes I'm trying not to use them, my OH bought me posh ones with real stem ginger in the other day for me to keep by the bed and in my handbag. They are wonderful things :)

I've also been told great things about ginger tea (but I don't drink hot drinks) and putting ginger in food

Ginger biscuits are amazing!! They're the only thing that help when i'm feeling quesy and grim. Trouble is my husband has now taken a like to them and is munching them as much as me! Think we'll both continue eating them even after the morning sickness passes - which i hope is soon!

I had a couple this morning at work as I started to feel queasy- worked a treat :)

I was a bit reluctant to try this as i thought it wouldnt work, but my breakfast every morning is 2 ginger biscuits now! Im 8 weeks today, and hoping it passes at 12 :( dying for a bacon roll in the morning! lol!
