OK so Im feeling sick 23.5 hours out of 24 a day lol.

I told this to the lady in the EPU yesterday and she adviced me with ginger biscuits and these sea sickness bands.

My OH bought me some from boots and put them on me this morning, and so far so good. I havent felt sick once. They are brilliant.

They work on your pressure points on your wrists. The OH said they cost him about £8 so they are deffo worth it.

Oooooh so gonna try that then! Hope you've found the miracle cure!

I hate ginger - makes me feel more sick. I've found that I feel worse when I'm hungry but that just means I have to eat every hour so I'm gonna be as big as a house soon if it carries on!

Thanks for the tip, will get some today!

i used them when i was pregnant and the def work a bit! they had more of aan impact towards the end of first tri. i got so ill i ended up being prescribed pills as i was sick every 15 minutes and could keep nothing down. but when it started to ease a bit i could easily cope just with the bands!

im planning to send OH up our high street this weekend to get some.

can't handle ginger atm. i ate loads when pg with alice to combat sickness and now i just can't stand it.

I got these bands yesterday too and I don't think they are working for me. I read the instructions so I have def put them on the right place. Guess I'm just one of the unlucky ones!! Ginger is turning my stomach at the minute, aswell as all other food. Can't wait until this phase passes lol. Ah well, I can't really complain, I'm jut so happy to be pregnant! :D

I really feel for you guys that are having trouble with the sickness. Ive been really lucky that although I feel rough I havent actually been sick (ive always had quite a strong tummy though).

I really hope this eases for you soon or the bands help you out xxx

That's brilliant, I was terribly ill with Ryan and I am petrified of it happining again this time round as last time I spent most of the day in bed only getting up to be sick, which obviously I wont be able to do this time with having to care for Ryan. So if it happens this time I'll definetly try them out, thanks for the tip :D
