I used to chop up tiny cubes of chedder cheese and apple or carrot sticks, grapes, orange and yellow peppers (sweet), in a tub and have them on my desk at work and slowly graze all morning, people at wotk just thought I was on a diet and being healthy , but actually it stopped me from running to the loo to barf all day long as our desks were right by the loos, I would have been rumbeled how many times I went! Thihk the protien in the cheese really helped
Also I found eating solids and drinking liquids should be kept at least 30 mins apart, less sloshing - worked for me
