Getting sent for bloods

Mmm just read this thread Cosmic and Im now seeing somr real similarities in uour cases. I had a regular as clockwork 29 to 31 day cycle. Got my BFP in Feb and then hd a natural mc in the 18th. Since Feb I have had mad cycles. Started bleeding every few weeks then not a thing since 9th May.

Had blood work done and refereed to the specialist. They still havent technically found anything wrong as yet. Ive been put on provera to induce a bleed then Im now on clomid. But basically I have not ovulated since my mc. Strange like you.

I dont think its stress and think thats just a good excuse. Its so dam frustrating.

Wow! That's really interesting! Did they have any idea what could be happening?

Here are my rubbish opks up to today cd20, the darkest was cd14 bur no positive yet

My own dr was no help at all. Fertility lady was great. Basically said after the mc she thought my body had gone in to shut down. Said she felt I just needed a kick start to ovulate then felt I should be ok. I had a lap and dye and quite a few internals as well as the bloods done.

She prescribed the provera and clomid. Only got one cycle of it mind u and Im currently just finished the last tablet. Hope is that the clomid will make me ovulate and kick start my normal cycle back. Have another appointment late October but she hoped I wouldnt need it.

Still no real answer though. Can your body just shut down? I dont know!

Hmmm, I'm wondering if I will be given some clomid as we seem to be in the same situation. I am having af but very irregularly. I have not had a positive opk since mc in January x

Ive not had a positive either! Its very frustrating. Its not rocket science no ovulation = no pregnancy! All the tests and referrals take sooo long too.

Im just desperate to see a positive opk. I mean its 9 months simce my mc!

It's good that you both are in it togther - it's much harder when you feel like the only one

Sorry about your negative OPK Cos, i'd be tempted to stop testing and just look for OV symptoms like EWCM or pains or anything like that and wait for your results

I've already had ewcm this cycle but ignored it because of the negative opk
Would I have ewcm and a negative opk yet be ovulating? If so, I think I've missed it. Saying that though, my cycles have been sooooooo long that if i have ov'd already i must have a 4 week luteal phase???? God, I'm up the wall with this xx

My EWCM tends to come a couple of days before a positive OPK but if you got a negative OPK then i'm not sure - i'd assumed you hadn't ovulated.

I just don't think the stress is going to do you any good at this stage
