I appreciate the love and care but officially my due date is December 8th!! everyone keeps calling to ask if i've had the baby! give me a chance!! lool

Laetitia, I can sympathise. My hindwaters went at 36 weeks, and then I went 2 weeks overdue. I had 6 weeks of people ringing to see if I had had the baby yet. I wanted to throttle them by the end, and got my OH to answer the phone. Calls would go like this;
Have you had her yet?
Ooops - did I forget to tell you, had her days ago!
Are you in labour yet?
Yes, hang on, just having a contraction!
Are you feeling anything yet?
Yes - a desparate desire to punch the next person who asks me when I'm going to have the baby!
I would be polite but firm when people ring, and say that you appreciate them calling, but that you are feeling a bit tired to talk at the mo. If they want to they can give their best number so that when baby is born OH can send a text or email as soon as possible so that they will know straight away. But in the meantime could they refrain from asking as it wears you out answering the same question 3000000000000 times a day!

my nan used to ring me each day from 36 weeks till i had bray (5 days late) at 10 am and 4 pm to see if there were ne signs yet
the funny thing was wen i did go into labour she never rang that morning

I#m getting the same thing... It's bloody annoying!
my god! must be so annoying. im already sick of people commingting on my bump.
Today ive had its too small,its too big, or pudding tummy tummy. Do they not know we have feelings?
