First period help?

Hi ladies

Had my d and c 2 weeks ago yesterday but I had the tablets first so with my d and c it was only a small teaspoon they had to remove I had red for 2 days straight away it stopped and now I have had what I think is my period which started Wednesday and today is pretty much gone? Do I think that was it? X
