First fertility app - medical history

I had my appointment letter through the post, it says what will happen at our first appointment including taking full medical history from us both.

Will they have our records sent to them from the gp or is this something I need to get? Nothing exciting on mine but my husband remembers having two operations as a child, one of which he doesn't know what was for and has left him with a y shaped scar on his groin area. Do I need to get him to find out what it was for from his gp or will these records have been sent to the fertility clinic?

snowbe they will ask u medical questions ect so just in case u need the info make sure u find out so u got it in frnt of u xxxx hope this helps and good luck xxx
