finger foods - im so confused

my HV told me to start introducing them to christopher - (he is 7mths in 3days) we have given him finley grated cheese and that went down a treat. im now confused where do i go from here?
what can i give him ? can i give him toast ? ohhh my god im so confused...im also very very scared that he will choke....will he choke ?? he has no teeth yet please please help me.

so what can i give him, and what about him chocking ? sorry to be a pain im just confused and worried bout chocking

You can give him anything really... toast, carrot sticks, bread sticks, cheese anything.... you should have a look at the BLW sticky in the feeding sction!!
