I want to start introducing more food to Liams diet now he is 6 months.

So far he mainly just has veg and fruit so I want to give him more meat.

Im confused about what he can and can't have..for instance if I was to make homemade spag bol can I give him that (pureed obviously) if it contains stock cubes?

At 6 months what foods am I still not allowed to give him? x

avoid salt and sugar. stock cubes contain a lot of salt so should be avoided. honey and nuts also to be avoided, can't think of much else!!

Although from what I can see in England it is very different, in Spain, aside from nuts and salt sugar, they also recommend a gluten free diet and no eggs, or fish until they are eight months
