Who's tried it, did it work, and if so how long did it take to work?

I took my first 2 capsules today, not that worried about my supply but as I'm going to be donating milk I thought I'd give myself a little helping hand.

BTW Thanks to SSS who gave me her leftover capsules

I did Urchin but only for a few days. Like you, I was only taking it to enable me to express more anyway, I didn't have any problems with milk for breastfeeding DD. I didn't like the way it made my milk and sweat ( ) smell of treacle and didn't seem to do much really for my milk supply.

I took 2 capsules a day for 2 months while I was expressing for Willow on account of being at school I think it definitly did help.

Man I think it's making me soooo thirsty! Did anyone else get this?
