Fenugreek...again! ;-)

Sorry to be a pain girls, but for those of you that take or took Fenugreek, how quickly did you see an increase in your milk supply... inparticular with those who express?

The last 2 weeks I would say I have struggled to express 2 ounces from both breasts when I express however I started the Fenugreek today and have taken 6 capsules. I'm currently expressing and am already on 3.5 ounces!

Just interested to know when it started working for you etc... xx

Took a day or so for me, I woke up to leaky boobs which I hadn't had since Isla was 5 days old. Well done on the 3.5 oz!

thanks hun... I managed 4oz in the end and i've just expressed again now and got another 2oz! I cannot get over it! Off to bed now though so will be interesting to see how full they are when I feed Layla at 7am! xx

Yep mine increased within a day or so Bet you had loads this morning!
Only downside to Fenugreek is OH says I smell like a curry house lol

Lol, yeah loads this morning... Layla's had most of it though! Going to try and express again now... Gem... I have the Medela Mini xx
