Fenugreek?

Has anyone taken this and if so, how often, what strength and does it work to increase your supply?

i've been taking it cos i worry about my supply cos i only use nipple shields and connor's still feeding every 2 hours. i find it really makes a difference for me. i take 2 at a time whenever i remember - you're supposed to take 1-2 three times a day, but i probably only end up taking 2 once a day - i'm not very religious about it. but the effects are almost immediate.

i take 3 a day every meal, but only started a day ago, so will let you know

I took it religiously for months, just got a load from Holland and Barretts, can't remember what strength but I took a capsule twice a day, and it did keep up my supply very well

I'm getting some tomorrow. Luke is constantly feeding right now and I honestly feel like my supply isn't keeping up with him and I need to try and increase it.

well 2 days since i started and i notice a difference

A mix of fenugreek and domperidone definately increased my supply when I was struggling through a tough patch with DS
