fell over and got spd :(

hiya ladies,
just a warning to other fellow spd sufferers not to do what i did today as i'm in a lot of pain

thought i was being clever cleaning windows today and came inside house afterwards and forgot my trainers were wet underneath and slipped on the tiled floor landing on my backside, to those of you who have read my previous post know i have spd and also a history of prem labour, so my message to you all is dont wash the windows let the rain do it lol and watch tv with a cuppa instead

just keeping fingers crossed pain will ease and it doesnt set me off early as i'm only 29 weeks and dont wana experience special care again

I had SPD when I was pregnant and at 38 weeks I seemed to forget and managed to run across a road as a car was coming as I crossed over and managed to pull the muscle in my hip/leg...was in agony for days!!!
