Feeling sick in eveings 9dpo???

I have been feeling nauseous in the evenings for the last couple of nights. Im 9dpo now. I felt nauseous in the evenings when I was pregnant with my ds but cant remember if it started before af was due. I wake up in the mornings and feel fine so dont think its a bug. Its a weird sicky/hungry feeling that Im getting is this a good sign??? xx

Hey they usually about 30 days, and i ov'd day 16 10dpo now so will be testing thur/fri!! xx
