Anyone else feeling nauseous?

I don't know about you, but since i've started ttc i always seem to start feeling nauseous the closer it gets to my AF coming.

I haven't actually been sick or even gagged, but it's just a sensation in the back on my throat like i could be sick if i forced it.

It doesn't seem to be nerves i don't think, because i tend to feel that more in my gut.

I don't feel generally ill or anything and it's proved to not be pregnancy related - i just wondered if anyone else had it?

I think i have a few times a day and it lasts for up to an hour i would say. sometimes i have to sit down because it makes me feel a little lightheaded. x

I have been getting the sick feeling that seems to live in the back of my throat for the last 5 days now and AF arrived today (grrrr) so even though this week I have been thinking it could be pregnancy related, i'm now guessing it's not! ... and my build up to AF is what is causing it, it does make me gag quite badly some mornings because of it which is just cruel! x

Ive had it a few times but i think mine is to do with nerves and stress hun x
