Feeling really poorly

I had it too!! last week! only just got my voice back!
Its so crap not being able to take anything!

I now feel very sick - I am praying that its only because I am knackered (been awake since 2.15) and not that bug thats going round! At work wishing I was at home!!

Poor you - you csn take paracetamol. Why not try some saline drops to unbung you - the pharmacist gave me these when I was dying of sinusitis when I was pregnant and feeling very awful!

Ive already taken paracetemol - they dont really help me...
Last night I boiled the kettle, put a bit of vicks in the water and sat with my face over it - seemed to loosen everything up but now its just too runny - sorry if TMI
I will try the saline drops...thanks
