Feeling really off colour

I feel REALLY rough today. Dizzy and sick - keep thinking Im gonna throw up but not actually done so as yet. Also feel like my head isnt attached to my body if you know what I mean!
I dont know if its just a coincedence but the baby has turned and is now head down as I have been getting kicked in the ribs frequently for the first time!! Im wondering if this change could have knocked me a bit sick or whether its just a coincedence and Im just having an off day.
Did anyone else experience this when baby turned?

Don't know if it could maybe a bug as my friends dh has been off work the last few days with dizziness, 2 days ago he couldn't even get out of bed as he thought he's keel over.

I felt like this about two weeks ago and as it happens, the baby has turned and is now head down. It made me feel really sicky and light headed. Not nice.

I think you need to rest a bit, I didn't feel like that when he turned (didn't notice him turning though).
Put those feet up and get some tlc
