Hi ladies
Well ended up at emergency doctors last night turns out I have a water infection as I had protein and blood in my wee
Doctor put me on a weeks course of antibiotics which has now turned my wee bright yellow/green : ( not nice
Felt a little better today so ventured out to come home to terrible diarreah : ( I feel awful and feeling a little sorry for myself

Trying to drink water now but it's making me feel sick it's like I can feel it in the pit of my stomach just lying there : ( x

Aw hun. Have a warmish bath and early night. Cranberry juice is good for your water works too xx

Or lemon barley. Must be lemon BARLEY though something in it that helps. Xx

If you can't keep water or juice down, try sucking on ice or ice pops, will keep u hydrated xx

Well I'm no better doctor has put me on some tablets and my waters appear to be getting better
Now my other worry is that I have had diarrhea for 3 days should I contact doctors? X
