awww hun I know the feeling - acid is killing me. I hate Milk but it's been so bad I have been drinking a glass before bed just to get some relief xx

That's when i get mine mostly its sooo annoying lol why do we get it? is it coz the baby is squashing our stomach?

I'm extremely sorry to tell you this but I am still suffering really bad from heartburn and have done all the way through. I literally drink gaviscon out the bottle and keep in on my bedside table. X

heartburn tends to stick around till the end im afraid :(

Progesterone, the hormone that helps soften ligaments etc can relax the valve that normally prevents stomach acid from backing up into the esophagus which is why we get it.

I had it from about 16 weeks till the end with my Son :(

oh them bloody hormones again, they have a lot to answer for.

I have a feeling I'm in for it until the end too.. will be stocking up on the Milk and Gaviscon by the lorry full.. woohoo - fun times..:yay:

Don't forget you can get Gaviscon on perscription hun....it's bloody expensive buying it when you can drink a bottle in a day lol
