Yay I officially belong in here now! Sorry I've been AWOL things have been a bit chaotic to say the least!

I'm not gonna lie the induction process is awful and something I never wish to repeat!! The pushing was the easy part!

We were released from hospital last night but chris had to take me back in at 2am and we didnt get home till 6am! Stood up from changing jasmine and nearly passed out! I lost a lot of blood during the pushing stages and was put on a drip straight after - so I'm really anaemic! Turns out my levels have dropped again so just got to hope the tablets work soon!!

Will do a birth story soon - just trying to settle in at home! Jasmine is amazing - perfect in every way apart from she doesn't want to sleep on a night!!

She's sat in her bouncy chair now and keeps jumping in her sleep (doing it quite a lot) is that normal??

Hope everyone is ok and thanks again for all the support!!! Means alot!! X

Yaaaaaay for being home, such good news!!! But...... OMG Hun, hope you are ok, make sure you rest as much as you can!! Hopefully the tablets kick in soon!!

As for jumping in her sleep, CJ does it all the time, so I'm guessing its perfectly normal, probably just dreaming!!!
Hopefully she will settle into sleeping better, it might just be now your home she is re-adjusting!!!! Xx

Our first night home was hopeless nicky so she'll settle down hun xx jus strange smells an environment etc etc xx

Health visitor jus left he's 5lbs 5oz now and 46cm length xx super happy he's putting on weight xx

I don't think it helped that we had to drag her back out to the hospital in the early hours!

Just had the midwife round and she's mildy jaundice. Can tell round her eyes and chest and her eyes aren't pure white. We think its because she didnt feed great yesterday so midwife said to keep upping it like we are and then she'll come back tomorrow to check on her!

I was full of nerves last night coming home the one thing that is making me anxious is the sleeping on a night! Wee decided to use the Moses basket cos she wasn't liking her crib at the minute - too big for someone so small! But how do we know if she's warm enough? Our room can get quite cold!! X

We got 2 moses baskets an Quinn hated the bigger 1 at first xx I had to put a worn vest top in it as a sheet so my scent was in it xx

I was the same about night times Nicky! My lo has a vest, sleepsuit, cardigan, hat, mittens, and 2 cellular blankets folded over on her. This keeps her just right in our very cold room!

Cant wait to see some more pics of your princess!

I'm just about to go shopping, gonna get some gripe water, bigger teats and new bottles and trying her on comfort milk. Sassy, the doctor said the avent bottles we are using are fine, just to replace them to try to stop the thrush re-accuring

I'm same as DW Hun, he has vest, baby grow and one blanket on in his basket and our house can be cold! She will let you know if she is cold!
Try warming the basket up before she goes in if she doesn't settle, it might be that it feels chilly at first, I hate getting into a cold bed!!!
We also have a room thermometer that tells you if it's too warm or too cold in the room!!!

Oh and if she is only mildly jaundice try putting her in her basket infront of the window, the light gives her vitamin d, even through the glass and it helps, that's what midwife told me to do xx

I have the room at around 20 degrees and keep her in a vest, sleep suit and cellular blanket. She seems fine like that.

Good news about CJ and his clear out! Glad Skyler got her gel!!

I just took bubs to get her bcg injection, she didn't cry once! Brave little soldier. She had a big strop when she got home though. I have to be really careful with her left arm now, if it gets bumped it can cause an infection. Poor little mite.

One midwife told me to feed her loads of formula when they thought she had jaundice as its flush it all out of her system. She didn't have jaundice in the end so don't know if it works.

I was told to try feed him as much as he would take when Quinn was really jaundice bf & formula top ups xx he's 12 days old today an is only a tinge yellow now so it does resolve as they feed an get stronger xx

We had bad jaundice and was told same, to feed as much as possible, but as I say they also told me to put him in the window!!!

CJ just had another clear out, think whatever is upsetting him maybe on it's way out! Xx

Numnuts is really starting to piss me off..... He is constantly going on about having another baby, he knows I don't want anymore (I was told not even to have CJ) but still he is putting pressure on me! I'm sick of it! X

Already?! Tell him to chill out. I know I keep saying I want more but it's waaaay too soon for me to talk about it seriously!

Grr @ numnuts! I'm gonna be ttc as soon as we start having sex again but if you don't want another then that's that! I dont blame you hun after your pregnancy
