Ah Nic you poor thing �� I was so sick with my first pregnancy and had to be put on anti sickness tablets, its awful. Really hope you feel better soon xxx

I received a call from the hospital today. My GP had missed off the details of my last period! When I told the midwife she said that makes you 6 weeks, early. I told her by my calculation I'm 7+1 weeks, she just said "well that's your calculation!".

Anyways she gave me my booking in date...going in on 7th July. She also gave me my scan date...1st Aug!!! YAY!!! Now I can count down.

Still no symptoms...and have been trying not the worry. A little cramping pains came back so hopefully that is the uterus stretching.

When was your last period sheena - a week seems a big difference how odd. I still haven't called anyone to book anything in yet ha ha!

I haven't got many symptoms either hun apart from severe sore boobs and very mild cramping xx

The first day of my last period was 5th May. We conceived on 16th May (I've been tracking lol). Using the pregnancy app it works out 7+1 weeks. So I'm not sure where she got 6 weeks from.

Going back to work today armed with my anti sickness tablets so wish me luck! I've totally gone off tea which is the same as the last pregnancy and my boss guessed straight away as it's quite common so I'm going to have to pretend to drink it all day today and pour it away when no one is looking!!!

Quick question - when are the period cramps meant to ease? I've had them several times a day since about 9 DPO and I'm 5+6 now. I thought they had tapered off a bit but I'm getting a bit worried. I've had no bleeding or spotting but it's still making me anxious. My GP said to go to EPU if they get worse or I start to bleed, but any reassurance would be welcome!

Good luck going back to work Nic. I so wish I could take some time off - I'm regretting working in central London at the moment, even more so when the sickness kicks in for me!

I would make you 7 weeks tomorrow just counting the weeks from the 5th May and that is all that the docs would probably be doing at this stage, not sure how your app works it out!
