Hello, we were opposite with wedding fayres...went to one and asked when wedding was. We went in jan/feb and said March. They presumed next year...wrong! The look on their faces was priceless!

All these scans sound so exciting! I have mine tomorrow morning at 10:50. Fingers crossed they get all the info they need this time (not that seeing baby again is a bad thing!) Im nervous and must get to bed soon.

My husband and I have just had a huge row and I mean HUGE. I dont wanna go into it but there were tears and shouting and more shouting and more tears and now silence. I have a chocolate orange in the kitchen. It's so tempting! O_O

Glad everyone's scans have gone well, I can't wait to see baby again in Friday! I don't think I've really felt any moment apart from the odd swish when I'm laying in bed at night. She said my placenta is at the front last week? I'm not sure what that means or if it makes a difference.

My lovely OH has just paid for a bump support band for me and one of those sausage support pillow things, bless him! That was following an argument so it must be his way if saying sorry

And I can officially say that mothercare is blooming expensive!

Well went for my scan this morning at 8...
And im team BLUE!!
He was crossing his legs when she was trying to show us the bits, but while she was doing all our checks she said at the end she saw his little man bits earlier but moved quickly as not to ruin the object of doing the surprise and incase we changed our minds at the end.
Couldnt be happier if i tried. Me and the bf have not stopped grinning all day!
Baby is doing really well. Saw his face, heart, brain all of it. It was quite freaky tbh lol.
But honestly over the moon xx

Fab news on all of yesterday's scans. Zoe lots of luck for this morning and enjoy it!

My back/sciatica type pain was unbearable yesterday... For the first hour after getting up could hardly walk,same again at the end of the day

I'm like an old woman that's ok once I've got going, but I cease up if I stay still too long ! I so hope this doesn't last the rest if my pregnancy

I think mw normally issues the matb1 after 20 weeks so whenever your next appt is.
I have seen some ladies on here call their gp and ask for it sooner than the appt if needed though.
Becky that pain doesn't sound nice. Hard to run around after your ds I'm guessing? I am suffering from back pain when I walk long distances, and does anyone else have a feeling of numbness/pins and needles down legs? I have it down my right leg and its so uncomfortable!!

Brumgirl - you get your MATB1 form at your 18-22w midwife appointment, hoping to get mine on Friday!

Things will be ok soon Flick, just think of baby and don't get yourself worked up. Men will be BOYS!!

Does anyone else need to have Anti D!? I know I have to arrange it on the next midwife appointment but when do I actually have the injection?? Confused.com!

Back from scan everything went really well baby is fine and pacenta in right place all measurements are normal so excited baby had fluid in it belly which means it's swallowing and opened its mouth moved around Loads and did a big stretch in front of us and saw babys little toes I changed my pic next to my name as would not upload on here so so excited xxx

Ahh thanks i'm not seeing my midwife until im 24 weeks so will probably get it then.

So glad everything went well with the scan zoe. I couldn't believe how detailed it was, our midwife showed us babies face and you could see it moving its lips as if it was drinking! X

When we had our 20 week scan, we didn't even think about findin out blue or pink. We were the same as you Zoe and just glad baby was healthy! Glad everything went well for you both

It is fascinating how detailed the scan is, we seen baby eating and swallowing aswell. It's amazing to watch.
