I thought I was having really bad BH hicks last night.....
I was crippled in so much pain I couldn't move to even call my mum so just laid there for 2 hours n cried like mr muggings. Contracting every 10-20 mins then went down to 7 mins. Eventually stopped at 6:47am this morning.

This is the 2nd time this has happened in the space of 3 days. Does that mean I'm going into labour soon or have I got to contend with this until my actual due date?
I see my midwife later.....but I'm tired n frustrated.
Did any of u ladies have this or having this?

I don't know Hun, but my iPhone ticker says that 50% o women ecperience contractions from now up until their due date...including cramps. So it might be something you hve to put up with.

You drinking plenty of water?

If it helps my contrtions are on and off....and they pick the dad they wish to be powerful and all day long- mine always go every 5 mins pretty much straight away too. So you are no alone.x

oohh im glad i came through from tri one
goood luck hun it sounds as if your body is preparting itself for labour so ix shouldnt be long :D
good luck darlin xx

I had a few days of this, but it was a couple of weeks before I actually gave birth. I was sat in a active labour class with "contractions" every 4 minutes. It felt fairly real as I'd never had a baby before, looking back it's nothing like the real deal! It felt like my whole bump had gone rock solid and shooting pains up my back, it was so convincing :(

Baby needs to cook a bit longer doesn't he?

I drink more water than Thames water cares to provide.
It's annoying. BH i can deal with but this is emotional. How can Ppl say "get all the rest u acan b4 baby arrives" yet I can't get any.

Think my midwife will sedate me for 24 hrs so I can get some proper sleep :/ ?

As of Sunday he will be considered full term. But we shall see what happens

If my baby had come out at 37 weeks she would have been tiny!! She was only 6lb 12 at 39 weeks.

Get some advice from your midwife later

Good luck!!

Awww hope you manage to get some rest eventually and that the MW appointment goes well x

Oh sweety, sorry I don't have any advice as I don't know but didn't want to read and run.
