Faint line?

Hi everyone! I'm trying to figure out if the bottom test is a positive. I can't tell if it's just the test so I put the test that's on top under water to compare the 2. What are your thoughts?

It is hard to tell when not in color. I also am wondering...did you happen to get these from Amazon? Reason why is they have had a lot of fake FRERs (I almost ordered them from there but then didnt because of it) where the control line is really off to one side. I don't know what brand these are though.
