Exercising whilst TTC

Hiya, we have been ttc for about 3 months now, and I have a been a gym member for a year. I wanted to know, should I calm down the gym activity when ttc, could it affect implantation?

Reason Im asking is because, we BD regularly around ov time last month, and I had weird sensations about 4DPO, then on friday I had pmt, went to the gym on sat and came on-4 days early, and Im never early-ever. Do you think I may have well caused myself an early MC? I'd hate to think so, but it has made me feel as though I should forget the gym for a while, or just take it easy. I suppose hard exercise could scupper my chances especially around the delicate time of conception.

Any thoughts? :hug:
 
From the books I've read you should avoid excessive exercising, that's all.

I was going to the gym and doing yoga when I got pg with my first son.

You could always just do more gentle exercise in your TWW, maybe swimming. Defo recommend Yoga.
