Hey girlies. Just asking for wee bit of advice: - Could exercise prevent conception or even implantation? I'm bit confused at minute. Before falling pregnant last time I would have exercised a lot - 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day. Since MC I have really changed my view and have cut it down to 3/4 times a week. Some people are of the view that this is still to much but I really can't cut it down any further cos I'm not the sort of person to sit around all the time. I have a fairly much sitting job and need to have some activity in my life. Help please
