Ooooo wish I had one like that!

I helped a mate out when he was in a fix and he's a PT now, so he's offering me 3 x 45 min sessions a week for £50

Wow, that's a great deal. I was paying £70 per week for 2 sessions. Once I realised I was managing that and my PT switched gyms, I decided to sign up for crossfit. It is definitely cheaper than my PT was.

It's a shame there aren't more Crossfit boxes around. Even in London they seem to be grouped in areas rather than spread out. I wish more offer the post-natal sessions.

I know even £50 a week is a lot... But I will be able to afford it during my maternity and it will get me fighting fit!!
