Excruciating periods after coming off the pill

This is my 4th real period after coming off the pill, 4 months ago do my periods got back to normal straight away, however, I have just come home from work, barely able to stand let alone walk, in excruciating pain it used to be like this when I was a teen, but Jesus decking Christ I'm in agony!
