Evening Primrose Oil

Just started taking the capsules and was wondering if anybody else on here takes them? If so did you see a difference in your CM? Also it says not to take it if pregnant so should I stop after ovulation?

I took them through the first half of cycle, as I remembered reading somewhere that they could cause uterine contractions, so stopped after ovulation. Not sure whether they made much differnce to CM (I was taking magic medicine as well and one of them did!) but something worked so I would say go ahead, but stop at ovulation.

Thanks hun, I hope they work for me too. I've been reading up on them on the internet and it says it's a good idea to replace it with flax seed oil during the 2ww so I think I will try that, I'm gonna use magic med's this month aswell. Also I've put OH on zinc and I'm making him cut the caffeine, ciggies and alcohol. I will get pregnant this month
