Hehe the EPO doesn't fall out but I did find my first wees in the morning were a little "oily"! No trace of the capsule-deffo dissolves xxx anyone in the know-how at the supermarket will know exactly what u r doing hope it works for you honey xxx

Oh yes oral and foof-I take one tablet of EPO in the am and another at night. Foof EPO at night with a pad xxx
