doing your own internals? i feel inadequate now as i can't even buckle my own shoes and have trouble cleaning my own backside (sorry tmi )

Primrose oil sounds a good idea but does the actual capsule come out again leaving the oil inside or does it all disappear??? 4th preg and this is all new to me

the capsule bit just disolves, same as it does in your stomach. Its designed so your body just absorbs it. I think theyre only in capsules cos drinking oil from a spoon is pretty gross!

Ditto lol! Although i've never actually tried to reach that far... Definately wont be able to now! I can hardly reach to wipe after i've used the toilet!! I'll have to send OH down there with a torch and some string - poor sod'll get lost otherwise!

It starts off hard and curved round then as it ripens it comes forward and gets soft and when it starts to open you can fit fingertips inside it's wierd lol but yea and it shortens too my midwife told me I want very faverable earlier that day (last pregnancy) but coz I felt dif I thought hummmm I wonder so I washed my hands and I had some
latex gloves from when I did hairdressing coz I didn't want finger nails hahahaha! And yea I was like woot woot!!! Lol x
