Helloooo mummies!! My first post in this bit!

My mum told me this weekend I should expect to engage soon. Is this true?

When did you engage and how soon after that you had the baby? Can you feel it when you're engaged - I know some people say that bump 'drops'.

Our family has a history of early babies but I feel this one will buck the trend, simply to annoy me as I am so impatient! That said, it would be ideal for her to arrive on her DD as I have got lots to do! If only they responded to your commands.......!

For me it felt like my bump had shifted down. I also experienced some sharp pains occasionally in my foof!

And there was less kicking high in my ribs!

I didn't know when Miss Evie had engaged, I didn't feel any different! She didn't engage until 41 weeks but had been back to back for months before that! She disengaged for labour though x
