I love the name Eden for a girl but I also think it would be lovely for a boy too as one if the baby boy's I saw in clinic recently was called Eden

Would just like opinions as I wouldn't want him to grow up with a 'girls ' name

xxxxx

I like it Clover.
I like feminine names for boys I think they are actually quiet masculine.

Yes, Eden as a name means a state of innocence. That could be a good name:)

I would have thought it was a girls name but if you have a baby boy, it will become a boys name!

I have only known Eden as a girls name, I really like it but only for a girl xx

I like it for either :)

I've gone for unisex names for my baby :) (Not announcing yet though LOL! xx)

Thanks girls,
I really like it for a Girl and Boy but mentioned it to hubby and he loves it for a Girl but doesn't like it for a Boy, so I suppose that's the decision made,

so my Girls names are:
Eden
Ebony
Scarlett
Lola

Boys names
Eli
Elijah
Rowan
Charlie

Thanks so much for the input Girls and Opinions on all the names would be welcomed :)

xxxx

I thought of Eden today! I initially thought girl, but I think it really suits a boy as well.

It's a gourgous name isn't it Kitty :) and not too common, I'm also in love with the name Ebony for a girl

xxxx

You like names beginning with an E! Lol

I love Lola. I find girls names really difficult as I prefer boys names.

I like all your boys names and I like Rowan for a girl too.

I like Ebony for a name too :)

Elijah was one I always disliked but then there was Elijah in The Vampire Diaries (and now The Originals) and since then it's grown on me so much I keep debating whether to use it as a middle name if I have a boy, lol.

I love names beginning with E. I like Eden for a girl and reading your post I can kind of get used to it as a boys name. I also like ebony but I know someone who had an ebony recently.

I have an Emelia (Eme) If I have another girl I think she'll be called Edie.

I've considered Elijah for a boy but I think if I called a boy that is be forcing myself to stick to the letter E when I love lots of other boy names it's just with girls all my faves are E names

Edie, Everly, Eliza, Ebony

I have heard it for a boy and to be honest, I don't think it worked! Xx

Eden's a lovely name, I would initially associate it as being a girl's name but I think it could work for a boy x

I do like the name Eden for a girl, not sure about using it as a boy's name. I've only heard it for a girl- so if you do choose it as a boy's name at least it will definitely be unique!

I like Eden for a girl but not so sure for a boy. I love Ebony on your list too.

Eden is definitely a girls name for me (was vetoed both times by OH though). I think it's beautiful.

X

My OH loves this as a boys name - I think there is a footballer with the name. I assumed girl when I first heard it but actually I think I prefer it as a boys name.

Eden seems to be unisex name. I think it suit girls and boys. I know a guy, whose middle name is Maria. And it works somehow;)
