early scan?

What is the criteria for getting one of these? It would really put my mind at rest if I saw nugget! And waiting til 7 weeks doesn't seem so unbareable as waiting til 12! Do you think 2 mc and some brown spotting would get me in?

Hiya, I was offered an early scan because I have had 2 mcs and a little brown spotting around 5/6 weeks . They made me wait until 9 weeks before they would see me though xxx

If youve had brown spotting you should ring your early pregnancy unit and they usually give u an early scan at around 7 weeks to see the heartbeat ( this is what happened to me). then u dont need the go ahead from GP, its all just done by them. x

Hi MrsMc, if you couldn't get seen as quick as you'd like you could always pay for a private scan, we did that at 11 weeks x

There's a place near us that does early pregnancy scans privately for £50 but some of them are £99.

Hello hun, I had a mc in april. I was so scared so when I went to the docs for my first appoint ( I saw nurse) I explained all my feelings and fears and she nipped into the docs and got them to sign an epu form for me there and then xx

I did the same yesterday after being promised by the hospital after my mmc but the doctor refused yesterday! x x
