I had one at 7 weeks 3 days and it wasn't an internal one, though i had pretty much decided cos i was already a size 18 before getting pregnant that it would be internal and there was nothing i could do about it, but the sonnographer at babybond found it through normal means!! it looks very very small and like a white mass no outlines or anything like that just to warn you theres not much to see but it did pulse (hb).

Had one at 6+5. It was external and they could not only see which ovary the fertilised egg had come from (amazing) they could also see that my falopian tubes were clear, they could see the little blob that is my baby, they could see the yolk sac and they could see the little tiny heart beat! I believe that you can generally see all that from about 6 weeks onwards!! Enjoy xx
