Hi guys, for those of you like me who are struggling to relax, especially in the early weeks; where everything twinge, any colour when you wipe, any change in symptoms I feels like the worst thing in the world. There is a service on Facebook called maternity direct. They midwives are based in Basildon hospital Essex but have a messaging service which I have found very comforting. They are there from 7am til 9pm and will reassure you of common symptoms/occurances or advise you if they think you need help. I don't have a midwife assigned yet as I'm only 6 weeks so they have been great in reassuring me and advising me.

I have used these a couple of times. To be honest the care I have received from that hospital has been great
