Just to start off, I am dyslexic, and was tested and diagnosed at the age of 12- you have to pay £100 for someone from a university who specialises in te subject to do all these different tests. By doing this test you would find out what type of dyslexia your child has (there are many types), how badly the child is affected and what special treatment they should be allowed. So for me I got 25% extra time in exams as under pressure I would red to quickly and mix up the words in the question, plus I would take a good 5 mins to process the question and then be able to put pen to paper. Think I had problems with verbal memory- short term memory etc. However where I lacked in verbal memory I more than made up for in visual memory. Visual memory for me scored higher than an adult, and because ofthis I was able to remember how to spell thinks because I copied it to my visual memory. Tis how I wasn't diagnosed at a younger age etc
Anyway, I would say a 4 year old is far too young to be worrying about this. They can't really test for dyselxia before the age of 7...because like I said, there are many different forms. Plus, you may not know it, but a majority of the population is dyslexic in one way or another...they just don't know it because It doesn't affect them day to day (again different forms).
Sounds like any other four year old. Gentle incouragement should suffice in correcting the thing she is doing wrong. Writing the 3 back to front is very common
I would just relax and keep an eye on it. If by the age of 8 you think something is not quite right then talk tithe teachers and maybe consider doing the test.x
