dummy?

hello, I know some of you have strong opioins on this but ..... should I give one to Oliver. He never needed a dummy and he found his thumb. But today I noticed it has a sore on it. Proberly from been wet all the time. I THink i dont want to give him one but I dont want him to get sore either. Can bf babies have dummies? I read some where they cant but he is 3 months now.

Can bf babies have dummies?

Yup I gave Ella a dummy at 7 weeks to try and help with her comfort sucking. She only had it for a few weeks, it more or less combatted the problem and now she doesn't have a dummy or suck her thumb
