Dull ache @ 4 weeks

So I'm 4 weeks today... I'm not getting cramps... its more like a dull ache around my abdomen/uterus area and lower back... like the feeling you get before you start AF. It feels really like... heavy feeling.


Which is this thats happening do you think? I'm not worried just curious

I've been getting the same for a couple of days now and I'm sure I got it last time.

I think it's just baby getting comfy

i still av that my Dr said she'd be more concerned if I had no pain ....mine was bad had scan rule Doug ectopic n all was good ....urs sound like normal pregnancy cramps xx
