u go out with another couple and they are all lovey dovey to the point that it makes u think that there is something wrong woth ure own relationship!
me and dh hve just been away on our canal boat with another couple they havent been together as long as us and r still in the honeymoon stage, but they were really affectionate and considerate towards each other!!! i miss that!! i said to dh "aww to b young and in love" expecting him to say that we r young and in love he just said "yeah".......
dh is away with mates now so hopefully he will miss me loads and we might b loved up 4 a while when he comes home!!!!!!!!

I sometimes find that the relationships that are over the top like that aren't as strong.. maybe thats just me but me and hubby are not affectionate to each other in public, neither of us are like that but we have a solid relationship.

Some couples I know hug and kiss in public all the time and argue alot.

I do miss that a little bit...but at the same time i totally love how comfortable we are together and just know each other inside and out I definatly enjoy it more...and when OH kisses me in public or taps my bum or something it means so much more. Probaly cos he hardly ever does it

Arrggghh, this has been bugging me recently too! My bro in law and his girlfriend are sooooo lovey dovey whenever we go out... in the back of the car, in a restaurant etc etc. Sometimes it is really inappropriate and embarasssing. It surprised me as i thought they were on the edge of breaking up recently so perhaps its true and the people who do this aren;t as stable and solid as they like to make out. Me and dh are the complete opposite in public!

yeah i know he loves me!!!!! the canal boat was a bit of a nightmare im too pregnant 4 it 2 be comfortable i get stuck sometimes coz my bumps sooo big!!
plus dh and mates got blind drunk everynite i was sooooo jealous!!!!
