when you buy something and its got a warrenty, if you take it back within the time and they replace it, does your warrenty start again?

I think everything has to have a manufacturers warranty for a certain amount of time.

You get a 12 month manufacturers guarentee.. if faulty with 28 days your entitled to brand new replacement.. if after then they only have to fix it. doesnt start again fior each replacement though x

ok, just my glasses broke after 6 months, i took them back, they replaced them and they've just broken again and i've had them 7 months. took them back and they wouldn't sort it, went to a different branch but and they did it no problem.
all sorted now though, cheers
