i bought my ghds from ebay and the lady said if they broke within a year i could send them back to her and she would send them to get fixed as the warrenty is in her name. ive emailed her several times and she isnt replying is there anything ebay can do? i still have the message sayin that i could send them back if they broke.

If she said in her info that you could return them, then I'd email eBay...she's not keeping up with her end of the bargain! Mind you, you could always just return them to GHD yourself.

dont i need a reciept to do that?

You probably will need the receipt. Did she give you the reference number? As hat can help. bUt she would have to give over her details.
