Doctor or not?

Just a quick question.
I got a bfp last Sunday ( AF was due Sat/Sun) and then I started bleeding on Thursday. It was heavy with big clots for 2 days and terrible cramping/back pain. Then just spotting on Saturday and nothing since.
Do I need to go to the doctor? Apart from being heartbroken, I feel physically back to normal.
