Im not sure if this is true but my mil told me when she had hers it was.
If you Dont have time to shave before it all happens do they shave down there for you?
Wee bit concerned just incase I haven't had the time just before .. I hope it falls on a day it's already done lol

why would they shave you when you have a c section? out of curiosity, as obv the baby doesnt come out your foof!

i would have thought to just leave the bush as i couldnt imagine having a sore vagina after pushing a baby out of it then also dealing with shaving rash eek!

They shaved me before my c section ( i was induced 2 weeks early so my 'area' was not prepared!!). They didn't shave the whole thing, just the top, as that's where the incision is. It was a bit weird, but I was already numb by that point, so I had to ask my husband if they were shaving me (I could feel her doing something!). x

U could have a bush like the amazon rainforest, but if ur having a vaginal delivery, they don't shave u. They used to years ago but don't anymore.

As the others said you only get shaved for a section and that's only a little bit at the top, where the incision is. I wouldn't advise shaving before hand, you don't want your lady bits itching etc,! I literally just trimmed for the last few weeks, not that I could see to do anymore anyway lol x

My l/o was early so arrived 10 days before my waxing was booked. I do remember being slightly miffed about the state of my garden lol I'm sure o/h had never seen it do unkempt before

Not if your having a vaginal birth, if your having a section they shave a small strip where they will cut your belly.

no baby does not come out of your "foof" (lol) during a section but the scar when they cut you to get the baby out is right above your bits. its not actually your belly its your lower abdomen and uterus that gets cut to get the baby out.

As the ladies said previously just trim it but towards the end of your pregnancy the hair stops growing anyway so it doesn't matter if you don't do it a few days before xx
