I have read somewhere that it is better to have as much sex as possible than to 'let nature take its course'.
And as stupid as it may sound, do eat plenty of ice cream to reduce the risk of ovulation-related problems, I remember litterally falling in love with ice cream just before i got pregnant. Not sure if it helped but why not give it a go.

It's full fat dairy products - and avoid low fat dairy products I've changed to semi skimmed milk but I can't do full fat
